(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Yale man and a Drumright woman have been accused of breaking into coin-operated vending machines inside a laundry at 540 E. Chicago in Yale with the intent to steal money.
Robert Lee Lozier, 36, and former Yale resident April Michelle Davis, 27, were charged last week with second-degree burglary on Dec. 10, 2020, a felony punishable by up to seven years in prison and a $10,000 fine on conviction.
The pair were notified by letter to voluntarily appear for arraignment on their charges by March 2 or be arrested, court records show.
Lozier had been previously convicted of possessing methamphetamine in 2014 and 2015, both felonies for which he was placed on three years’ probation, court records show.
