The class of 1969 will be meeting Friday, May 23, 2014 at the Best Western, 508 E. Main, Cushing at 6:00 p.m. They will “make the drag” in a limo then travel to the Buckhorn Bar, 122 W. Broadway. Entertainment will begin at 8:00 p.m. and will be provided by 1967 CHS alumni Keith McKinney.

Saturday morning May 24, 2014, the Lion’s Club will be having their annual pancake breakfast beginning at 7:00 a.m. at the Lions Den, 124 W. Broadway, until parade time.
The Cushing Alumni Parade will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday (line up at 10:30 a.m. at the railroad depot). KUSH will be broadcasting the parade live via the radio, audio stream and video stream.

The Tractor Pull, presented by Oklahoma Lawn and Garden Tractor Pull Association and sponsored by redEdump trailers will start at 1:00 p.m. at Redmont Sales, LLC 720 E. Deep Rock Rd. Cushing, OK. This event is free to the public. Bring cold drinks and lawn chairs. Porta potties will be available.
There will be a memorial service for 1963 CHS alumni, Jim Pugh at 2:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 214 S. Noble, Cushing.
The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. for the Alumni Banquet. Dinner will be at 6:30 p.m. with the inductions and Hall of Fame presentation will be at 7:30 p.m. The banquet will be held at the Elk’s Lodge located at 707 N. Norfolk Rd. Cushing (where the drive-in used to be). You must pre-register for the banquet. Tickets are $20 each. Contact Darline Few at 918-399-1788 for registration. Reservations for the banquet will not be accepted without payment.
Karaoke will be available following the Alumni Banquet. The cost will be $3.00 per song or 2 for $5.00. All proceeds from this will be donated back to the Alumni Association to help fix the roof on the Alumni Hall.
There will be a dance from 8:00 p.m. to 12 midnight with music provided by Golden Reflections and DJ Express Productions, LLC. A cover fee of only $7.50 will be charged for those wishing to attend the dance only.
