(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is based on a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety (DPS).

 

A triple fatality collision occurred May 7th (2018) at approximately 7:28 am on SH66, 820 feet west of 181st Street South eastbound, 3 miles north of Bristow, in Creek County.

 

Brandi G. Shoemake (29), of Stroud was the driver of a 2014 Dodge Ram, and Donald E. Fisher (90), of Broken Arrow was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Impala.

 

Shoemake was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical personnel. Fisher also died at the scene a short while later, and a passenger in the Fisher vehicle, Mary A. Fisher (78) of Broken Arrow, also died at the scene.

 

According to the DPS report seat-belts were in use by the occupants of the Chevrolet Impala.

 

The collision is still under investigation at this time according to the DPS report.
