(Stillwater, Okla.) – Three members of a Stillwater family were charged Monday with possessing marijuana with intent to distribute, along with having digital scales and packaging materials, on Friday.
    The trio, who lived together in the 1600 block of S. Hillside Court in Stillwater, remain jailed on $40,000 bail each pending their arraignments this afternoon.
    If convicted of the felony marijuana charge, Raul Alejandro Marin III, 28, Malachi Job Marin, 27, and Samuel Micah Marin, 22, could each be imprisoned for five years to life and fined $100,000, court records show.
    If convicted of the misdemeanor count of possessing drug paraphernalia described as digital scales and packaging materials, each of the Marins could be jailed for one year and fined $1,000.
    The case against the trio was investigated by Stillwater Police Officer Brett Moore, court records show.
