(Stillwater, Okla.) — A 31-year-old Stillwater woman, who allegedly said she sells Fentanyl for $10 per pill, has been jailed on $100,000 bail pending a May 1 court appearance on a charge of aggravated drug trafficking, which is a felony punishable by up to life in prison on conviction.
Tiffany Ann Tedford, who has also been known by the surname of Shadell, was arrested by Stillwater Police Officer Ryan Sexton at 11:55 pm on March 26 following a traffic stop on E. 6th Avenue for an expired paper tag, court records show. She was arraigned this week, court records show.
“I asked Tiffany if she had anything illegal in the vehicle, and Tiffany said no. I asked Tiffany if I could search the vehicle. Tiffany then stated that she did have something illegal in her vehicle,” pills in her purse, the officer alleged in his affidavit.
Asked what kind of pills, “Tiffany said that she did not know what the pills were called. I asked what color they were, and she said that they were blue. I asked Tiffany if they were pressed Fentanyl pills, and Tiffany said yes,” the officer alleged in his affidavit.
“Inside the purse were three separate baggies, each baggy containing pills. Tiffany said one bag had Percocet in it, and that she did not have a prescription for them.
“One bag had a numerous amount of blue pills with ‘M30’ imprinted on them. They are commonly referred to as ‘Foxies’ or ‘Blues’ and they are pressed Fentanyl pills.
“Also inside the purse was a folded-up stack of money,” in small denominations, commonly called a dealer’s wad, the affidavit alleged.
“When asked about the money, Tiffany admitted to selling the pills. Tiffany admitted that she sells the Percocet for $8 per pill, and she sells the pressed Fentanyl for $10 per pill.
“The total count of the blue pressed Fentanyl pills was 400 and weighed 42 grams. There were 41 Percocet pills weighing 18 grams. The third bag of pills were small rounded yellow pills with the imprint T-189. There were 17 T-189 pills that tested presumptive positive for Fentanyl, weighing two grams.
“The total weight of the ‘M30’ and ‘T-189’ pressed Fentanyl pills was 44 grams. The cash that was seized from Tiffany’s purse totaled $318,” which she admitted was from selling the pills, the affidavit alleged.
