(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is based on a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
A personal injury collision occurred on October 8th (2018) at approximately 10:50 am on State Highway 18, approximately 5 miles north of Cushing, in Payne County.
Michael Owen Taylor, (63) of Stillwater, was transported by LifeNet to Stillwater Medical Center (Stillwater), and onto OU Medical Center (OKC) with his injuries and medical condition.
According to the DPS report seat-belts were in use, and the cause of the collision was a medical event.
