(Stillwater, Okla.) — An ex-convict from Stillwater, who was paroled from prison ten years ago, has been jailed on $300,000 total bail in three separate drug charges pending a Nov. 3 court appearance.
If convicted of all of his charges, Robert Kevin Brooner, 50, could be given four life prison sentences, court records show.
In his latest case filed last week, Brooner was charged with trafficking methamphetamine in Stillwater and possessing the drugs oxycodone, carisoprodol, diazepam, psilocybin mushrooms and phentermine hydrochloride, all on Sept. 11.
Brooner was also charged with concealing a gas-powered generator that had been stolen from Hillcrest Country Club, operating a mobile radio in the commission of a crime, and possessing drug paraphernalia, all on Sept. 11.
Last month, Brooner had been charged with delivering methamphetamine to a confidential informant between Sept. 3 and 5 at his business located in the 4600 block of S. Perkins Road in Stillwater.

According to the state Department of Corrections, Brooner was convicted in 1998 in Noble County of drug distribution and given a 15-year sentence on which he was paroled in 2004 after serving about six years.
Brooner was also convicted in 1998 in Payne County of possession of drugs with intent to distribute along with unlawful use of a police scanner and given a five-year sentence, court records show.
