(Cushing, Okla.) Payne County Youth Services (PCYS) is ready to help! They know that many people from around the area attended the OSU Parade and that many local children and youth who were there may need some help. Although PCYS is already in local schools, they wanted to spread the word they are available to help others who may need assistance.
Payne County Youth Services works primarily with children and youths ages 11-17 years. However, if you are in need of help for a child that is younger or someone that is older than that age group they can provide you with referrals.
