Last Friday (5/25/2018), a Carter County arrest warrant was issued for 36 year old Howard Timken Jr. for one count of Murder in the First Degree. In May of 2017, Timken sold methamphetamine and heroin to 33 year old Kimberly Ford. Some where between Milo and Fox, Oklahoma Ford injected the drugs into herself. Ford complained of not feeling very well and she was taken to Mercy Hospital in Ardmore, Oklahoma where she died. The Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office determined Ford’s cause of death was methamphetamine toxicity. Timken was already in custody at the Stephens County Jail for an unrelated charge. Timken will be moved to the Carter County Jail and will be help on a one million dollar bond.
