(Cushing, OK) Cushing Public Library is launching a Virtual Summer Reading Program starting July 1st.
In an effort to keep all of our community members safe, the Library will hold its annual Summer Reading Program online and with weekly, take-away activity packets. There will be two age groups for the program this year, a combined program for ages 3-12 and a newly added teen program for ages 13-19.
Through reading and provided activities, participants will have the opportunity to earn and collect Library Bucks that they will be able to spend at the Cushing Library Prize Shop, expected to be open August 3-14, hours to be announced closer to shop opening.
Sign up online or in person starting July 1st. The first week of online content and activity packets will be available on July 6th. Those without reliable internet service will be able to participate with the activity packets. Weekly content and activity packets will be released through the month of July.
