(Pawnee) – A Mannford teenager has drowned in the Cimarron River in Pawnee County. The body of 17 year old Dustin Baker was recovered from the river about 20 feet from the shore, in water about eight feet deep. Baker was swimming in the area known as Three Fingers Cove about 11:45 Friday morning when he went under and did not resurface.
