(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is based on a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
An injury collision occurred on May 13th (2018) at approximately 3:03 pm on State Highway 99, 4/10 of a mile south of West 11th Street, approximately 3.6 miles north of Oilton, in Creek County.
The drivers of the vehicles that were involved in the collision are, Linda Lou Carson (66) of Jennings, and Jennifer Henness (26) of Oilton.
Carson was transported by Mercy Regional EMS to St. John Hospital (Tulsa) where she was admitted.
Henness was transported by the Creek County EMS to St. John Hospital (Tulsa) where she was admitted. Her passenger Jerad Stephens (23) of Oilton, refused treatment.
According to the DPS report some seat-belts were in use.
