(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety.
An injury collision occurred on December 18th (2018) at approximately 10:39 pm on 337th West Avenue, 45 feet south of SH66, 7 miles east of Bristow, in Creek County
Kenneth Wood Jr., (20) of Sapulpa, was traveling northbound on 337th West Avenue when his vehicle failed to negotiate a curve, running off of the roadway and striking a cement culvert.
Wood was not injured nor was one of the two passengers in his vehicle Kyler Gaylor (18) of Sand Springs, Oklahoma. The second passenger in the Wood vehicle was a juvenile (17) of Sand Springs, and that passenger was transported by Creek County EMS to St. Francis (Tulsa).
According to the DPS report seat-belts were in use.
