(Cushing)- Jim Hogrefe has won Tuesday’s Cushing City Commission Race over incumbent Lynda Smith.
According to the Payne County Election Board Hogrefe received 432 votes, to 407 votes cast for Smith.
These numbers are unofficial until certification by the Payne County Election Board on Friday.
