(Cushing, Okla) — Have a tattered or worn American flag that needs to be retired? American Legion Post 108 will be retiring American flags, POW-MIA flags, State and Local Government flags, Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 6 pm. The ceremony will be held just south of Hwy 33 on Hwy 99 (entry will be marked). It will not be a long ceremony, unless you stay until all flags are consumed by fire. Please bring a chair if you wish.
Flags can be dropped off prior to the ceremony at the American Legion drop box at 214 S. Noble Ave, Cushing, OK.
