(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety.
A personal Injury collision occurred on August 7th (2015) at approximately 10:45 (pm) on 513th West Avenue and 261st Street South, about 2 miles west of Depew, in Creek County.
Ryan J. Collins (24) of Depew was driving a 2003 Ford F150 southbound on 513th West Avenue when he failed to negotiate a curve and departed the roadway right rolling one full turn. He was ejected and landed underneath the vehicle.
Collins was transported by Creek County EMS to St. Francis Hospital (Tulsa) where he was admitted in stable condition.
The DPS report shows that seatbelts were not in use and that the cause of the collision was due to DUI/DWI.
