(Stillwater, Okla.) — A 63-year-old Cushing man on probation for burglary has been jailed on $25,000 bail pending a court appearance Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing marijuana with intent to distribute, along with a misdemeanor count of having drug paraphernalia.
Terry Lynn Fick was arrested after a search warrant was served at his Cushing house in the 700 block of N. Depot at 6:59 am on Feb. 3 by Cushing police officers and Payne County sheriff’s deputies, who also allegedly found numerous items with methamphetamine residue, court records show.
On his property, Fick had about 170.6 grams of marijuana, a large number of baggies, a digital scale with methamphetamine residue, and four glass smoking pipes, Cushing Police Officer Heather Snow alleged in an affidavit filed last week.
Five other individuals, four of whom were found in the house and one in a shed converted to living quarters, were charged with misdemeanor counts of drug possession and drug paraphernalia, court records show. They ranged in age from 34 to 57, court records show.
Fick had been placed on five years’ probation last June for second-degree burglary in 2021 in Payne County, court records show.
