(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety.
A personal injury collision occurred earlier today, October 13th (2015) at approximately 11:55 (am) on State Highway 18, about 0.3 of a mile north of County Road 5200, approximately 5.5 miles south of Pawnee, in Pawnee County.
Robert Matthew Harper (38) of Carney was south bound on State Highway 18 driving a 2015 Peterbilt tractor when he drifted off the west side of the roadway, impacting a ditch. He then attempted to correct and come back on the roadway rolling 3/4 times. He was pinned about 20 minutes prior to being freed by the Pawnee Fire Department.
Hall was transported by Air Evac to St. Francis (Tulsa) where he was admitted in stable condition with head and arm injuries.
The Department of Public Safety report shows that the cause of the collision is still under investigation.
