Cushing Ex-Con Arrested in Perkins Arraigned on Morphine Possession Charge

An ex-convict from Cushing, who was arrested in the Ampride parking lot by Perkins Deputy Police Chief Steve Hensley last week, has been charged in Payne County with possessing morphine without a prescription.
