STILLWATER — Stillwater police detectives were seeking on Saturday to locate and question a former Cushing man in connection with the Friday night shooting of an individual, who was found in the 300 block of S. Washington on the “strip” south of the Oklahoma State University campus, according to a news release.
After gathering additional information and reviewing video surveillance related to the 11:55 pm May 1 shooting that wounded an individual whose name has not been released, Erick Hagler, 33, of Stillwater, was “identified as a person of interest in this case,” an updated news release said Saturday.
The victim, who was found with a gunshot wound, was transported to the Stillwater Medical Center where he was cooperating with detectives and listed in stable condition, the news release said.
