(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Feb. 7, 2020) – The City of Stillwater celebrates our newest promoted officers within the Stillwater Police Department, pinned on Thursday, Feb. 6. The promoted officers include Kyle Bruce, promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, and James Hansen, promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
