Carol Ann McCourt 51, died, Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at her residence in Liberal, KS.She was born Aug. 29, 1964 in Oklahoma City, OK the daughter of Clyde H Jr. and Lela Claudette (Cargill) Britton. She has been a longtime resident of Liberal, KS. She graduated from Yale High school in Yale, OK in 1984. She had worked at the Yale Nursing Home as a CMA before moving to Liberal. She was employed by the City of Liberal Parks and Rec working the concessions until she was diagnosed with cancer in 2012.
She was an active member of the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed baby sitting and enjoyed being around kids. When she was young she enjoyed fishing with her family on the creek bank every summer. On Sept. 4, 2005 she married James Collins McCourt in Groome, TX. He died Dec. 30, 2014.

3 Grandchildren Jade Cloey Sneed, Janel Bnley Sneed and Jazlyn Alli Sneed all of Stillwater, OK.
8 Nephews and 9 nieces.
Preceded in death by her parents, one brother Carl Britton and one sister Sandra Gene Dennis.
There will be a Memorial Service also held at Assembly of God Church in Yale, OK on Monday, Oct. 5, at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Mich Dershem presiding.
Visitation with the family will be held from 1 to 5pm Sunday, Oct 4, 2015 at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Yale, OK.
