Mad Science is an international organization that was founded in 1993 and currently services children in 180 locations in over 20 countries around the world, including Mad Science of Central Oklahoma. We have a mission to spark the imagination and curiosity of children everywhere by providing them with educational and fun science programs that instill a clear understanding of what science is really about and how it affects the world around them. Mad Science offers in-class workshops, after school enrichment programs, summer camps, school assemblies, special events, birthday parties, and a series of Scholastic books for children 3 to 12 years old.

Mad Science of Central Oklahoma is owned and managed by Derick and Dr. Tonette Brock of Edmond, Oklahoma. Both have been involved in areas of applied scientific research here and abroad and in children’s education and recreation. They operate from a strong belief in giving back to the community through education and involvement in relief and development, with a special interest in helping vulnerable children. Under the coordination of Tracy Palmer, Sunnyside Title l Reading Specialist, this fun and exciting family night of hands-on science was made possible to Sunnyside School by Enbridge Pipelines, a leading supporter of our and community and schools.
