A Coyle man has been arrested and for a third time since his conviction in 2006, faces allegations of failing to register as a sex offender. Dale Allen Needham, 28, of Coyle was arrested on February 26, 2010. He was charged with failing to register with the Payne County Sheriff's Office within 7 days of taking up residence in Payne County. Court records indicate he failed to register in Delaware County where he was convicted of doing so. Court Records also that he has a warrant for the same crime in Mayes County. Needham is being held due to possible warrants in other counties, although his bond was set at $5,000.

District Judge Donald L. Worthington has been assigned to this case.
