(Stillwater) - A Stillwater man has been charged with failure to register as a sex offender. Rellos Montelogo Hernandez, 38, of Stillwater was charged with failing to register as a sex offender after being convicted of a rape in 1991. Hernandez was previously convicted of the crime of failing to register as a sex offender in 2008. Court records indicate that Hernandez has a long history of criminal activity and failing to register accurate information as a sex offender. OCIS has assigned District Judge Donald L. Worthington to this case.
