
(Stillwater) - A Stillwater man faces charges of domestic abuse and making threats to kill, and interfering with a 911 call. Michael Dale Landreth, 49, of Stillwater was arrested on January 16, 2010 on allegations of two counts of Domestic Abuse-Assault and Battery, one count of Threats to Kill, and one count of Interfering with a 911 call.
On January 17, Landreth was released on $5,000 bond. He appeared on January 19, 2010 before Special Judge Michael Stano in person without counsel. The court ordered no contact with the victim or Landreth's bond would be revoked. The case was re-set for January 29, 2010 for Landreth to receive charges, but due to ice and snow Special Judge Phillip Corely continued the case until February 3, 2010.
On February 3, 2010 Landreth was charged with two counts of Domestic Abuse-assault and Battery, one count of Threats to Kill, and one count of interfering with a 911 call. OCIS has automatically assigned Special Judge Michael Stano to this case.
