(Stillwater) - The Payne County District Attorney's Office has charged a Stillwater Man with possession of child pornography.

The suspect in the case, Jeffrey Wayne Snodgrass, 27, of Stillwater was arraigned on Friday January 22, 2010 at the Payne county court house. Arrested on January 21, 2010, Snodgrass was arraigned on Friday on allegations of possession of child pornography. According to the charges filed by Assistant District Attorney Jill Tontz, Snodgrass faces one count of possession of child pornography.

The defendant appeared from the jail without counsel before Special District Judge Michael Stano. The case was assigned to District Judge Donald L Worthington to hear the case on Monday, January 25, 2010 at 1:45 p.m. Judge Stano also set bond at $50,000 and provided a court appointed attorney application.
