(Stillwater, Okla)- The Cowboys cup runneth over. Grant Garner was named Tuesday to the Sports Illustrated All-American Team, making it a record year for such honors for the Oklahoma State Football team.
Oklahoma State had four players named to various All-America teams a year ago.
Garner joins Justin Blackmon, Levy Adcock, Markelle Martiin and Quinn Sharp as All-America honorees in 2011.
The SI second team included Adcock and cornerback Brodrick Brown. Sharp, Brandon Weeden, Jamie Blatnick and Shaun Lewis were listed as honorable mentions.
