(Stillwater, Okla.) -- A Yale man who is accused of endeavoring to manufacture methamphetamine at his trailer in the 400 block of E. Beaumont on July 1 has been jailed on $100,000 bond pending an appearance in Payne County District Court in August.

Mark William Nyman Sr., 50, who is also accused of possessing methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia on July 1, could be incarcerated for 21 years if convicted of all counts, court records show.

Nyman was given a court-appointed attorney last week to represent him on the three-count charge and ordered to appear before Payne County Special District Judge Phillip Corley on Aug. 9 when he can ask for a preliminary hearing.
