(Stillwater)James Robert Sander, 32, of Stillwater was given a letter to appear in Payne County District Court on criminal misdemeanor charges of making harassing and intimidating telephone calls to an 84 year old woman on July 8, 2010. Sander allegedly made several phone calls to the victim concerning payment for work he alleges he did for the victim. Sander allegedly told the victim he would call her at 3 A.M. and not let her get any sleep until she met all the demands he was making. Such calls being meant to terrify the victim, and did in fact have that result are a misdemeanor in the State of Oklahoma.
