(Stillwater, Okla.) -- A Stillwater man has been given a seven-year prison term for his sixth felony drunk driving offense in Oklahoma.

Micah Floyd Winters, 31, was sentenced last week by Payne County District Judge Donald Worthington in accordance with a plea bargain.

Winters' latest drunk driving offense occurred in Stillwater on April 16 when he left the scene of a property damage accident while driving under suspension, records show.

For his first felony DUI in 2000 in Okmulgee County, he was placed on five years' probation, DOC records show.

He was also given five years' probation for a felony DUI in 2007 in Creek County, DOC records show.

He received a three-year prison term for a felony DUI in 2007 in LeFlore County, but he was apparently released early.

He was given two seven-year probationary sentences for two felony DUIs in Stillwater in 2008 that occurred four months apart, court records show.

Those probationary sentences in Payne County were revoked last week to two concurrent seven-year prison terms by Worthington.

Winters also has convictions for second-degree burglary and marijuana possession in Choctaw County, for which he was sent to prison in 2001, DOC records show.
